- 12 months of electrical & gas bills
- 12 months electric interval data (if available)
- Primary engineering or energy facility contact
Step 2. Due Diligence
- Client Letter of Intent
- Unison detailed feasibility assessment
Step 3. Sign Services Agreement
Step 4. Construction
Typically 9-12 months from ESA signature
Step 5. Start up
System optimization and Utility Permission to Operate
Step 6. Monitoring & Maintenance
